How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I add a new employee or contractor?
Go to Dashboard > Team > Add Contractor / Employee. Fill in the required tax and payout information and click Save.
How do I disburse batch payouts?
Navigate to Dashboard > Payouts > New Batch. Upload or review payment items, select settlement currency, and approve the release.
Can I export compliance and tax reports?
Yes! All payout histories, BIR Form 2307 certificates, and compliance reports can be exported in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.
How do I update government contribution rates?
StaffSuite Asia automatically updates SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG statutory rates when they change. No manual reconfiguration is required!
What if I need help during setup?
